Planning a wedding is both exciting and overwhelming all at the same time. It is a process filled with vision, decisions, logistics, and moments deserving of meticulous attention to detail. Our work lives in the space where intention meets execution, supporting couples as their plans come together and guiding them through the details that bring a wedding to life.

We offer planning and coordination services that range from full planning involvement to focused execution. Some couples want comprehensive support throughout the process. Others want experienced guidance at key moments. Wherever you fall, our goal is the same: to support you with insight, attentiveness, and a genuine investment in your experience.

  • Full Service Planning offers support throughout the planning process from the earliest stages through the wedding day. This service is well suited for couples who want a trusted professional involved from the beginning, whether that means managing details on their behalf or collaborating closely as decisions are made.

    We assist with budgeting, vendor contract review, vendor recommendations tailored to your priorities, design and decor planning, logistics, and ongoing coordination. We help carry the mental load as plans evolve and ensure details remain cohesive and thoughtfully considered. This service includes full rehearsal organization and execution, a comprehensive master timeline created by merging all vendor schedules, and complete coordination including on the wedding day.

  • Partial Planning is designed for couples who have begun planning and want experienced support woven into the process. This service provides guidance, perspective, and continuity as plans develop.

    We assist with vendor selection support, design and decor planning, logistical guidance, and coordination throughout the planning process. A comprehensive master timeline is created by merging all vendor schedules, and rehearsal organization and execution are included. Wedding day coordination ensures plans are carried out with care and intention.

  • Month Of Coordination begins approximately six weeks prior to the wedding and focuses on bringing all plans together.

    During this time, I step in to gather details, confirm vendors, refine logistics, and create a comprehensive master timeline by merging all vendor schedules. Rehearsal organization and execution are included, along with full coordination on the wedding day. This service is designed to ensure the plans you have made translate smoothly into the wedding experience itself.

  • Day Of Coordination is for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and want professional support stepping in during the final week and on the wedding day.

    This service includes rehearsal direction and wedding day management. A refined timeline is created based on the schedule and details provided by the couple, allowing my focus to remain on execution, flow, and the many moving parts of the day so you can be fully present.
